WE ARE HIRING FOR OUR SHERWOOD PARK LOCATIONS.

Custom Cellular is an Independent TELUS/KOODO Authorized Dealer with 15 locations throughout Alberta and Northern BC. We are seeking customer focused, energetic, friendly people who share our passion for Customer Service and the Telecom Industry!

Your Role: Retail Sales Representative

As a key member of our team, you’ll:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to in-store customers
  • Promote and sell TELUS & Koodo products, services, and solutions
  • Build relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending the best options
  • Provide ongoing support by staying connected with customers through calls.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment and help the team achieve sales goals
  • Must meet minimum age requirements to sign Legal Documents (18 in Alberta; 19 in British Columbia)
