Sales & Lighting Estimator

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales & Lighting Estimator to join our team. This is a home-based position that involves traveling to customer locations to provide professional consultations and detailed estimates for permanent exterior LED lighting installations.

The ideal candidate has previous sales experience, excellent communication skills, and enjoys meeting with homeowners to help them find the best lighting solution for their property. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, assessing their homes, preparing accurate quotes, and helping customers invest in a premium lighting system.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer homes for scheduled appointments.
• Inspect residential properties and evaluate the home’s exterior for lighting installation.
• Conduct detailed consultations with homeowners to understand their needs and preferences.
• Prepare accurate, thorough estimates and explain pricing clearly.
• Present the benefits and value of our premium permanent LED lighting systems.
• Answer customer questions and provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with prospective customers when needed.
• Maintain organized records of appointments, estimates, and customer communications.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
• Strong attention to detail when measuring and preparing estimates.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations within the service area.
• Basic knowledge of residential construction or home improvement is an asset but not required.
