Experienced Flooring Sales Associate

LV Flooring – Toronto, ON

Location: 5050 Dufferin Street, Toronto, ON

LV Flooring is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Flooring Sales Associate to join our growing team.

This is a sales-focused position. Applicants must have previous flooring sales experience. Candidates without flooring sales experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Engineered Hardwood, and flooring accessories.
  • Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, designers, and commercial clients.
  • Generate new business and follow up on quotations to close sales.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately.
  • Calculate flooring quantities, trims, moldings, and accessories.
  • Read floor plans and assist customers with product selection.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
  • Coordinate orders with warehouse and operations staff.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of flooring sales experience (Required).
  • Strong knowledge of flooring products.
  • Proven ability to generate sales, build customer relationships, and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Computer Skills (Required)

Applicants must be proficient in:
