Beauty Sales Associate

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and energetic Full-Time Cashier & Sales Associate to join our Asian beauty store team, specifically for Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

If you are passionate about K-Beauty, skincare, and makeup, love interacting with customers, and are looking for a fun and welcoming retail environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers, provide exceptional and friendly customer service, and actively engage with shoppers to understand their skincare and beauty needs.
  • Professional Product Recommendations: Act as a beauty advisor by introducing K-Beauty trends, explaining product formulations, and recommending skincare or makeup items tailored to individual customers.
  • Cash Register & POS Operations: Operate the cash register and POS system efficiently; process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
  • Merchandising & Inventory: Restock shelves, organize merchandise, receive and unpack new inventory, and maintain clean, attractive product displays.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Promotions & Events: Assist with in-store promotions, new arrivals, and special brand events.
  • Daily Operations: Handle opening and closing duties reliably while working collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
  • Personality: Friendly, responsible, punctual, and reliable with a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Communication: Good communication and customer service skills; comfortable and confident interacting with customers.
  • Passion for Beauty: Genuine interest in K-Beauty, skincare, makeup, and Asian beauty trends.
  • Experience: Retail, cashier, or beauty/cosmetics sales experience is an asset (though comprehensive training is provided).
  • Willingness to Learn: Eager to learn about new skincare brands, ingredients, and product lines.
  • Physical Stamina: Able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
