Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Director of Operations – Sales & Marketing to lead and synchronize sales, marketing, and operations across North America, particularly focused on independent elevator contractors. You’ll drive market share, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Guide full-cycle sales of commercial & residential elevator packages
  • Develop strategies targeting independent contractors
  • Build and retain key account relationships
  • Coach and expand the sales team, entering new territories
  • Use pipeline metrics to steer growth decisions

Marketing Strategy

  • Lead branding, digital, trade shows, and lead-gen campaigns
  • Oversee sales collateral, technical docs, and digital content
  • Execute product launches and regional marketing initiatives
  • Employ CRM and automation tools to measure ROI
  • Forge partnerships with architects, developers, and GCs

Operational Excellence

  • Align sales/marketing with supply chain, production, and support
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, pricing, and profitability
  • Implement KPIs and optimized processes for efficiency
  • Enhance fulfillment timelines and customer response

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in sales/marketing/operations within elevators, construction, or mechanical systems
  • Deep expertise in elevator systems, North American codes, and the independent contractor market
  • Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Proven success building and leading regional/national teams
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
