Full job description

Birreria Volo & Bottega Volo is looking for skilled line cooks to join our kitchen team. The job pays $25-30 per hour (wage + tip pool averages). Italian bar snacks menu featuring salads, sandwiches, and pizzas. Applications should possess the following requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional cooking experience in restaurants.
  • Part time (16-30 hours) or Full Time (30-40 hours) position available, evening and weekend availability is a must.
  • Valid food handlers certification (mandatory).
  • High level of sanitation practice and cleanliness in the workplace.
  • Ability to perform FOH support tasks such as food running & bussing.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, sense of urgency and teamwork skills.
