Job Summary

We are looking for a Cook to prepare pub‑style meals and support daily kitchen operations. You should be able to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain good food quality and safety.

Key Duties

  • Prepare and cook pub‑style menu items (burgers, wings, schnitzels, steaks, fries, salads, etc.)
  • Follow recipes, portion sizes, and plating standards
  • Assist with daily prep, including chopping, marinating, and batch cooking
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods
  • Support the kitchen team as needed

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Cook in a pub, bistro, or fast‑paced restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of pub‑style food preparation
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if required

Pay: $20.00-$27.20 per hour
