- Deliver engaging, practical instruction across all years of the Sheet Metal apprenticeship program
- Develop and adapt teaching materials, learning activities, and assessments to promote student success
- Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and support to learners to help them meet apprenticeship outcomes
- Participate in departmental activities such as SAIT Open House and promotional events
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to foster a collegial, team-oriented environment
What you bring

- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and presentation tools
- Experience with adult learners or on-the-job training is a plus — and support is available for those new to teaching
- A collaborative spirit and commitment to professional ethics and student success
- Defined Benefit pension through LAPP to help you retire with confidence
- Free access to our fitness facilities and group fitness classes
- Generous time off to pursue other passions and support your wellbeing
- SAIT paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision benefits so you, and your family, are well supported
- Access to a Health Spending or Taxable Spending Account
