Role Overview:

We are seeking a warehouse administrative office assistant that will also support our accountant's bookkeeping duties if needed. An ideal candidate should have experience working in a warehouse environment and have familiarity with Sage 50 accounting software.

Duties:

  • Client bookings and billings (happens mostly online through email)
  • Phone Management – Answering and directing calls professionally.
  • Managing driver pick up and drop off from our client
  • Other duties as assigned to ensure smooth warehouse operations

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Sage 50 accounting software
  • 2+ years of administrative experience or equivalent (Administrative degree for example)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Mandarin and English is required, fluency in Cantonese is also preferred

Job Types: Part time

Pay: $20-$25 per hour
