Au nom de notre client du secteur manufacturier (biens de consommation), Procom recherche un(e) Conseiller(ère) SAP FICO – Analyste fonctionnel(le) (Programme) pour un mandat contractuel. Ce poste est hybride dans la région de Montréal.
Conseiller(ère) SAP FICO – Analyste fonctionnel(le) (Programme) - Description du poste:
Le(la) Conseiller(ère) SAP FICO se joindra au Centre d’expertise SAP (CoE) afin d’assurer le soutien, la stabilité et l’amélioration continue des processus Finance, avec un focus sur la comptabilité fournisseurs (FI-AP) et ses intégrations. La personne retenue agira comme responsable fonctionnel(le) des processus AP, en appui aux projets, au support de production et aux initiatives de transformation SAP, incluant des activités de migration et de mise en production.
- Agir à titre de responsable fonctionnel SAP Finance et expert de contenu pour les processus de comptes fournisseurs (FI-AP) afin d’assurer la stabilité, l’efficacité et l’amélioration continue.
- Fournir un support pratique pour SAP FI-AP et ses intégrations (MM, Procure-to-Pay, services bancaires, trésorerie et autres fonctions Finance), incluant la résolution d’incidents et les activités de projet.
- Participer aux activités de bascule (cutover) Finance : gouvernance, suivi des jalons, coordination des parties prenantes, gestion proactive des risques et dépendances pour soutenir une mise en production réussie.
- Collaborer avec les utilisateurs d’affaires clés afin d’améliorer l’efficacité des solutions SAP.
- Contribuer à des projets d’implantation et de migration vers SAP S/4HANA (fit-gap, conception de solution, configuration, tests, déploiement).
- Produire et maintenir la documentation (spécifications fonctionnelles, documentation de processus/configuration, artefacts de tests) selon les meilleures pratiques SAP et les normes de gouvernance.
- Participer aux revues par les pairs (standards de conception et spécifications) et soutenir le transfert de connaissances vers les équipes de support applicatif.
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience pratique en configuration SAP dans un ou plusieurs modules financiers (AP, BL, FI), avec expertise en FI-AP (comptes fournisseurs).
- Excellente connaissance de la comptabilité financière et des processus AP de bout en bout.
- Expérience des intégrations Procure-to-Pay (P2P), traitement des paiements, intégrations bancaires et solutions financières externes.
- Bonne compréhension des processus SAP S/4HANA, incluant migration de données, cutover et mise en production (go-live).
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome, avec de solides compétences en organisation, communication, collaboration et gestion des parties prenantes.
- Bilinguisme français/anglais (oral et écrit).
- Expérience avec Concur, Kyriba et/ou BlackLine.
- Expérience avancée d’intégrations entre SAP et des solutions tierces.

On behalf of our manufacturing (consumer goods) client, Procom is searching for an SAP FICO Consultant – PROGRAM Functional Analyst for a contract role. This position is hybrid (remote and onsite per policy) in the Greater Montreal area.
SAP FICO Consultant – PROGRAM Functional Analyst - Job Description:
The SAP FICO Consultant will join the SAP Center of Expertise (CoE) to support stability and continuous improvement across Finance processes, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable (FI-AP) and related integrations. The successful candidate will act as the functional owner for AP processes, supporting projects, production support, and SAP transformation initiatives, including migration and go-live activities.
- Act as the SAP Finance functional lead and subject matter expert for Accounts Payable (FI-AP), ensuring stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Provide hands-on support for SAP FI-AP and its integrations (MM, Procure-to-Pay, Banking, Treasury, and other Finance functions), including incident/defect resolution and project activities.
- Support Finance cutover activities through governance participation, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, and proactive risk/dependency management to enable a successful go-live.
- Partner with key business users to improve SAP solution effectiveness.
- Contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration efforts (fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment).
- Develop and maintain functional specifications and documentation (process/configuration/test artifacts) aligned with SAP best practices and governance standards.
- Participate in peer reviews and support knowledge transfer/handoffs to application support teams.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in one or more Finance modules (AP, BL, FI), with strong FI-AP (Accounts Payable) expertise.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and end-to-end AP processes.
- Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) integrations, payment processing, bank integrations, and external finance solutions.
- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA processes, including data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Ability to work autonomously with strong organization, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- French and English (spoken and written).
- Experience with Concur, Kyriba, and/or BlackLine.
- Experience integrating SAP with third-party solutions.
