Full job description

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant to join their team. As a SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant, you will be part of the HR Operations support team, providing critical assistance in maintaining and optimizing SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to support, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant

Location: Montreal, Quebec - Hybrid 2-3 days per week onsite

Pay Range: $60-66/hr INC

What's the Job?

  • Own day-to-day L2/L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules.
  • Resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, and manage minor enhancements to ensure system stability and data quality.
  • Gather requirements, configure EC modules, and deploy changes through change control processes.
  • Monitor and support integrations with SAP CPI/Integration Suite, APIs, and other partner systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and system performance.

What's Needed?

  • SuccessFactors Employee Central certification and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors EC configuration, including RBP, workflows, and MDF objects.
  • Working knowledge of SAP CPI/Integration Suite, APIs, and SFTP.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, SLA/OLA management, and service desk tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
