Full job description
Our client is seeking a SAP BTP CAPM Developer to join their team. As a SAP BTP CAPM Developer, you will be part of the development team supporting enterprise-grade cloud applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: SAP BTP CAPM Developer
Location: 100% Remote
What's the Job?
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack cloud-native applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) using the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP).
- Define and manage data models, service definitions, and UI annotations utilizing Core Data Services (CDS).
- Implement complex business logic with Node.js, CQL, and async/await programming patterns.
- Build and expose OData V4 services and RESTful APIs, integrating with SAP HANA Cloud for production persistence.
- Deploy and manage applications on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry and Kyma runtimes, ensuring security and compliance.
What's Needed?
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP BTP application development, including at least 2 years in SAP CAP (Node.js).
- Proficiency in SAP BTP / CAP Framework, Node.js, CDS / CQL, JavaScript / TypeScript, and SAP Fiori / SAPUI5.
- Experience with SAP BTP security protocols such as XSUAA, OAuth 2.0, and JWT.
- Knowledge of SAP Business Application Studio, CI/CD pipelines, Cloud Foundry, Kyma Runtime, and Git.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and cloud deployment strategies.
