Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Equipment Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of medical equipment to clients through Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs will be crucial in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including occupational and physical therapists, nurses, and procurement managers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our medical equipment.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on orders.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels in the ERP system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes affecting the medical equipment market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or a healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in medical sales or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications of medical equipment and convey them to customers clearly.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
