As a Sales Executive at RC Imaging, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and building strong relationships with medical imaging equipment manufacturers and distributors. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality X-ray accessories to a wide variety of dealers and OEMs in the US, Canada, and worldwide.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Every day you'll:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Meet with business owners and decision makers
  • Learn about clients' operations and business challenges
  • Recommend products and solutions
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate agreements
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Develop a strong referral network
  • Consistently exceed sales goals

CORE ACTIVITIES

  • Sales Generation: Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities via outbound phone calls, email and networking.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Process customer information in Oracle NetSuite in an efficient manner, documenting all sales activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including sales personnel, purchasing agents, and other company stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and identify areas to proactively upsell to current customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Trade Shows: The ideal candidate will attend international trade shows annually, making new connections and visiting clients periodically as determined by management.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Process and qualify new leads as assigned. Effectively manage and prioritize sales opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales and revenue to support strategic planning.
  • Collaboration and Team Work: Work closely with management, marketing, and customer support teams to achieve sales objectives.

  • Strong expertise developing new business
  • Proven B2B sales success (preferred)
  • Medical sales background (preferred)

  • Comfortable interacting with executives and business owners
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, Oracle NetSuite a plus.
