As an RV Sales Associate, you’ll guide everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned adventurers through their purchase journey. You’ll showcase top RV brands and deliver an exceptional experience from the moment they walk into our showrooms to their memorable delivery day. What We Are Looking For:

  • The outdoors is your happy place, and you know how to share your passion with others
  • Proven sales experience (automotive, RV, or other high-value sales preferred)
  • You have excellent customer service skills to support customers from first visit to delivery day
  • You are eager to grow within a dealership that values attitude and drive as much as experience
  • Excellent people skills – you enjoy and excel at both written and verbal communication
  • Positive, team-orientated mindset – we hire for culture first
  • Valid driver’s license and AMVIC license (or willingness to obtain)

What You’ll Do:

  • Help customers select the right RV to match their travel goals, lifestyle and budget
  • Manage and follow up on dealership leads to drive conversions
  • Handle inbound phone and showroom inquiries
  • Close deals and build long-term client relationships
  • Track and manage leads using Dealer Socket CRM
  • Develop strong product knowledge to confidently present features and benefits
  • Coordinate and support the delivery process to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain current knowledge of RV inventory, features, options and pricing
  • Work alongside a supportive, upbeat team that knows RVing isn’t just recreation – it’s a way of living
