Full job description

We are looking for an additional clinic administrator. Part-time and full-time options can be available depending on the candidate. Previous experience in a health-care setting with a physiotherapy or chiropractic clinic would be an asset.

Runway Health is a health clinic located in the heart of Markham Village which provides the following services:

  • Physiotherapy
  • Registered Massage Therapy
  • Chiropractic
  • Acupuncture/Cupping
  • Spinal Decompression
  • Laser Knee Decompression
  • Custom-Made Orthotics
  • Orthopaedic Braces
  • Compression Socks

Roles of the clinic administrator will include the following:

  • Greeting and welcoming patients, and to attend to their inquiries and offer assistance regarding treatments, products, and/or scheduling.
  • Efficiently managing and scheduling patient appointments.
  • Monitoring all incoming emails, phone calls and text messages, and promptly addressing each in a professional manner.
  • Following up with patients, including calling new patients for appointment confirmation, or reaching out to patients who haven’t rebooked according to treatment plan.
  • Direct billing patient’s extended insurance by using third-party billing platforms, invoicing and processing payment.
  • Scanning and uploading various documents to maintain proper records of patient files for easy access.
  • Ensuring the smooth flow of the clinic’s daily schedule and maintaining proper order for the best consumer experience.
  • Previous 2-3 years office and administrative experience is highly preferred.
  • Must be flexible for morning, evening, and/or weekend shifts.

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday: 10 am – 8 pm
  • Tuesday: 10 am – 7 pm
  • Wednesday: 10 am – 8 pm
  • Thursday: 10 am – 7 pm
  • Friday: 10 am – 7 pm
  • Saturday: 9 am – 4 pm
  • Sunday: Closed

Full training will be provided. We provide an energetic work environment, and we believe in building a high-quality culture of the clinic and are looking for someone motivated and willing to learn.
