Full job description

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Design, develop, test and deploy automation solutions using RPA tools across business processes
  • Develop automation workflows integrating with internal applications, databases and APIs
  • Monitor automated processes, troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Implement error handling, logging and audit controls to ensure reliability and compliance
  • Support deployment of solutions across testing and production environments following change management procedures
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform and load data from multiple sources
  • Validate, transform and optimize data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Work with structured and semi-structured data formats such as JSON, XML and CSV
  • Optimize data queries and processing for performance and reliability
  • Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning and team meetings
  • Maintain version control and support continuous integration and deployment processes
  • Prepare technical documentation including design documents and operational procedures
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, audit and governance requirements
  • Provide ongoing support for production systems including troubleshooting and maintenance

Experience and Specialization

Computer and Technology Knowledge

  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere or similar)
  • Data integration and ETL/ELT processes
  • APIs and web services
  • Relational databases
  • Version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Cloud platforms (e.g., GCP or similar)

Area of Work Experience

  • Software development
  • Automation development
  • Data engineering or data integration
