Job Description:

The Front Office Department is now recruiting for the following opportunities:

  • Concierge Agent
  • Royal Service Agent

Successful applicants will be matched to available positions based on previous relevant work experience.

Starting Rate: $20.33- $22.72

Start Date: August 2026

Concierge Agent

  • Offer professional, consistent, friendly, and engaging service
  • Ensure inter-departmental communication and cooperation in the interest of better guest satisfaction
  • Providing accurate information about activities and dining in the hotel and surrounding area
  • Offering assistance to all guests in making reservations and arrangements for travel, dining, special requests, and activities
  • Serve as a liaison for guests by providing information relating to all aspects of the hotel

Royal Service Agent:

  • Process all external and internal calls by redirecting calls or directly assisting the caller
  • Take ownership of the caller’s request and ensure follow-up according to the hotel’s standards
  • Maintain accurate records of guest calls to maintain data integrity
  • Serve as a liaison for guests by providing information relating to all aspects of the hotel
  • Maintain knowledge of the hotel’s emergency procedures

Qualifications:

Concierge Agent:

  • Previous experience in a similar environment will be an asset
  • Must possess outstanding guest service skills, including professional verbal communication skills
  • Good computer literacy (experience using Property Manager System preferred, and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Royal Service Agent:

  • Must possess outstanding guest service skills, including professional verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Self‑motivated, with the ability to make effective decisions
  • Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure
  • Ability to consistently stand and walk through out shift

You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights, and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you can meet these requirements as needed.

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
