Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Full Time Driver & Shop Support to join our team! This role combines product deliveries to customers 2-5 days per week, then shop assistance, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently while providing vital support within our shop environment. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help us maintain high standards of service and operational excellence every day.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products to various locations, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations
  • Assist with moving heavy items
  • Support shop operations by organizing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the workspace
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and vendors to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure safe driving conditions
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and assisting with product pickups or returns

Qualifications

  • Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Experience in towing
  • Ability to perform some heavy lifting safely and efficiently
  • Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus; certification is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
  • Prior experience in moving or logistics roles highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and delivery processes
