Full job description

Position: Delivery Driver

Zarky's Fine Foods has been making authentic Italian foods since 1985. With 3 locations across Hamilton we looking for high energy and self- motivated individuals to join our team. Currently we are seeking staff for our store located at 20 Hempstead Drive in Hamilton on the East Mountain.

We are on the search for talented staff to contribute to the growth and success of our unique offering of authentic foods. As a member of our team you will enjoy a family oriented environment that will provide meaningful work and opportunities to learn.

Zarky's is currently seeking a reliable and mature Part Time Delivery Driver to perform the following duties:

-deliver racks of bread to our two other store locations within Hamilton

-deliver produce to local schools on Mondays

-other deliveries to help out as needed as requested

-other general labour duties as may be required

-must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs

-must be able to read English

Hours of Work

- Hours will be approximately 15 hours per week.

-Earlier morning start required i.e. 5:30am.

-Must be able to work weekends as needed

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday 5 hour shift starting between 7:00am-10:00am.

The right candidate must also have superior customer service and communication skills. Valid "G" license is required along with current driver's abstract. Deliveries will be made with Company delivery cube van.
