What the job is all about:
  • Perform regular vulnerability scanning and patch tracking using Tenable.sc; assist with remediation verification and reporting

  • Assist with updates to programme documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines; ensure accuracy and consistency in internal artefacts
  • Help organize and track the schedule for penetration tests; coordinate logistics and assist with remediation status follow-ups
  • Participate in the review of vendor and third-party risk assessments; contribute to control evaluation and risk mitigation documentation
  • Support the drafting of training materials, phishing simulations, and internal communications that promote a strong security culture
  • Assist with preparing internal reports and dashboards for risk metrics, remediation status, and security performance indicators
  • Contribute to day-to-day operational tasks within the security team’s service desk (KACE), including triage, resolution tracking, and documentation
Who you are:
  • 2–3 years of experience in information security, infrastructure, or IT operations roles
  • Familiarity with core enterprise security concepts and tooling, including vulnerability scanners, endpoint protection, and access controls
  • Some exposure to penetration testing, SOC alerting, or vendor risk review processes is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail, structured documentation habits, and task follow-through
  • Ability to work independently on defined assignments, and comfort consulting on more complex issues
  • Experience with producing technical documentation or reporting deliverables is preferred
  • Capable of managing day-to-day assignments with moderate supervision
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively within a collaborative team
  • Interest in developing deeper technical and governance fluency in enterprise cybersecurity
  • Comfortable in using Microsoft Excel to analyze data, prepare reports, and generate actionable insights
