Flat Roofing Installer

EDMONTON, AB · FULL-TIME · JOURNEYMAN WAGES

Iron Shield Roofing is hiring experienced Flat Roofing Installers to join our field crew in Edmonton. You’ll install, repair, and maintain flat and low-slope membrane roofing systems on commercial, industrial, and multi-family buildings across Edmonton and surrounding communities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install EPDM, TPO, SBS torch-on, SBS cold-process, and modified bitumen roofing systems
  • Perform roof repairs, flashing work, and detail work to manufacturer specifications
  • Follow all Alberta OHS regulations and Iron Shield site safety protocols at all times
  • Work efficiently as part of a skilled crew to meet project timelines and quality standards
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness to company standards

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of flat or low-slope roofing installation experience
  • Familiarity with membrane roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, SBS preferred)
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
  • Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and outdoors
  • Valid Alberta driver’s license is an asset
