Full job description

We are a local, family run exterior cleaning business looking for someone to join our growing team. Our current tech and sales teams work closely, shoulder to shoulder, to ensure a great work atmosphere and to provide quality customer service. This is not a normal small business, we are about people over profits and if you are a good fit, may have a good future here. Over the years we have expanded our business to Christmas Light Installation and Winter Services such as snow removal and salting in the Langley, WhiteRock, Surrey and Delta areas. We are looking to expand in alternate areas and require this individual to have the right attitude and work ethic to assist in company growth and personal growth.

Our head office is located in Cloverdale, BC. Our scope of work ranges from small home to multi-unit to commercial property cleaning, installation of christmas lights and snow removal services. To be brief, we are looking for positive people person who is quick on their feet to join the team. If you're up for it, get in contact with us to pick a day and come with us for a "test drive"

Responsibilities and Duties of our Production Manager - Exterior Cleaning

- perform work related duties outdoors such as Softwash roof cleaning, siding cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, patio and driveway cleaning, and more.

-Installing Christmas Lights for residential and commercial clients

-Snow plowing and salting for our commercial clients

- be comfortable handling and maintaining work equipment in good condition such as ladders, hoses, and more.

-Maintaining Equipment to standard and company guidelines

-Ensure that technicians follow company policy and adhere to company values and brand guidelines for cleanliness, professionalism and organization

-Oversee safety program and compliance

- providing excellent customer service to current and potential clients

- complete light office and administrative paperwork

Qualifications and Skills of Maintenance Technician - Exterior Cleaning

- Hardworking

- Friendly and good communicator

- Reliable and punctual

- Problem solving

- Attentive and thorough

- Able to work independently and within a team

- Experience working with ladders and roofs is an asset
