Position Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a mature, reliable, Scale Attendant to add to our Rocky View, AB Location.

Position Responsibilities

• Operate scale and computer system; weigh vehicles in and out
• Direct disposers to the proper disposal area
• Issues and review scale tickets
• Greet visitors, answers telephones and other miscellaneous clerical duties
• Provide information on site rules and restrictions
• Create trucks, sites and services in scale software
• Completing manifests for hazardous waste
• Answer billing inquiries
• Assist with other projects as required

Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience
• Previous experience working in a Waste Management environment is considered an asset
• Previous scale experience is an asset but not mandatory
• Previous NavuSoft experience would be considered an asset
• Manifest experience is an asset
• Previous computer skills
