Trillium Machine and Tool inc., a leading company in the manufacturing sector located at 4080 North Service Rd E, Windsor, ON, Canada, is actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Machine Vision Technician to join our team. This full-time, permanent onsite opportunity is perfect for a recent graduate with 1-3 years of experience looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain machine vision systems using tools such as Keyence and Cognex.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with vision system hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate vision solutions into manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machine vision equipment.
  • Develop and optimize vision inspection programs for quality control and process automation.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff on vision system operation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Completed College or University education.
  • Entry-level experience (1-3 years) in a related technical field, ideal for recent graduates.
  • Proficiency with machine vision concepts and practical experience with Keyence and Cognex Vision Tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work 40-55 hours per week in an *onsite manufacturing environment.
  • *Travel will be required from time to time to support customers' needs
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
