Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Medical Office Assistant to join our busy medical clinic.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. Previous medical office experience is preferred. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, comfortable working in a busy environment, and works well as part of a team.

Schedule

· Four days per week: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

· One day per week: 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Wage: $19.50-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties Include

· Greeting and assisting patients

· Answering phones and scheduling appointments

· Managing incoming and outgoing documents

· Maintaining electronic patient records

· Providing administrative support to physicians and clinic staff

· General medical office and reception duties

What We're Looking For

· Previous medical office/MOA experience preferred

· Experience with electronic medical records (Med Access) is an asset

· Strong computer and organizational skills

· Excellent communication and customer-service skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy clinic

· Dependable, professional, and able to work well within a team

· Respect for patient confidentiality is essential
