Full job description
RIFO Realty Group is looking for someone who is an enthusiastic, proactive, professional, highly detail oriented and efficient.
You must be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with people in a fast-paced environment.
job tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- processing sales transaction paperwork by entering them into Broker Wolf in a timely manner.
- calculating commissions for real estate transactions (residential, commercial, Assignments and Pre-Constructions).
- preparing and sending commissions invoices.
- knowledge of general accounting preferred.
- answering phone calls and managing emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- corresponding with real estate agents, brokerages, and lawyers.
- following up with agents about outstanding documents.
- updating TREB MLS system with sales status.
- filing confidential information.
- processing payments.
- implementing filing systems for accounting.
required education, skills, and qualifications:
- Real Estate Deal Secretary/ Deal Processing experience preferred.
- experience with Lone Wolf is preferred.
- strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- excellent analytical skills, organizational skills and time management skills.
- ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (word and excel).

Pay: $18.09-$25.68 per hour
