Service Manager – E-Bikes, Mobility Scooters & Golf Carts

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team! We specialize in servicing e-bikes, mobility scooters, golf carts, and more — and we’re growing. Providing and managing service for units sold between 5 locations.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day service department operations
  • Manage repair workflows, technician scheduling, and customer communication
  • Ensure jobs are completed accurately, on time, and to a high standard
  • Build strong relationships with customers and follow up on service needs
  • Handle estimates, work orders, and service documentation
  • Identify upsell and add-on opportunities to drive department revenue

Help assemble and diagnose over flow on service units

What We Offer

  • $20/hr base pay
  • Performance-based commission — averages around $30/hr total, with top performers reaching $35/hr (commission is based on performance and not guaranteed)

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a service, repair, or dealership environment (powersports, automotive, cycling, or similar is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
  • Mechanically inclined or willing to learn our products
