We are an established printing and marketing company with three locations, specializing in direct mail and full-service commercial print for local and international clients.

We run a fast-paced production environment with a wide variety of jobs—from marketing materials to complex print projects—so no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying organized, and wants to grow within the print industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage digital press (Konica/Ricoh) equipment with minimal supervision
  • Monitor print quality and make adjustments to ensure consistent output
  • Cut, trim, and finish printed materials to specification
  • Identify and troubleshoot basic file-related issues (checking bleeds, imposition, and resolution) before sending to print
  • Maintain an organized and efficient production workspace
  • Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines
  • Assist with bindery and finishing tasks as needed (cutting, folding, basic finishing work)

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a print production environment
  • Experience with digital presses
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Comfortable handling multiple jobs in a fast-paced setting
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal English)
  • Familiarity with basic bindery/finishing equipment is an asset

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who can work independently while still being a strong team player
  • A dependable operator who takes ownership of their work
  • Interest in continuing to build technical skills within the print industry
  • A proactive mindset—someone who spots issues before they become problems

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly wage based on experience
  • Stable, full-time position with long-term growth potential
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Exposure to a wide range of print projects and equipment

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • On-site parking

Flexible language requirement:

  • French not required

  • Are you trained in using an electronic guillotine paper cutter?

Experience:

  • working in a print shop: 2 years (required)

Work Location: In person
