Richmond Night Market is one of the largest and most vibrant events in North America, attracting over a million visitors annually. We are seeking a talented and creative designer to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Creative Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and a flair for creating eye-catching banners, decorations, and event materials.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create banners, signage, and decor for events.
• Collaborate with the management teams to conceptualize and execute creative visuals that align with our themes.
• Ensure all designs enhance the market’s overall branding and appeal to our diverse audience.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Verify that all design content, measurements and specifications are accurate before production.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong creative vision with an understanding of event branding and marketing materials.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to fast-paced environments.
