Join Our Adventure Team This Summer!

Richmond Night Market is currently hiring Zipline Staff for the remainder of the 2026 season. Our season runs through September, and we're looking for team members who can help us deliver a safe and exciting guest experience. If you enjoy working outdoors, thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Training will be provided. Previous zipline or outdoor adventure experience is preferred but not required.

About Us:

Richmond Night Market is an annual night market event held during the summer months in Richmond, British Columbia, located near River Rock Casino and the Bridgeport SkyTrain Station.

What We’re Looking For:
We're seeking part-time team members who are reliable, safety-focused, and enjoy interacting with guests. Applicants must be available to work weekends and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Zipline Staff duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Operate and manage zipline activities with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Perform equipment inspections, secure harnesses, and enforce all safety protocols
  • Deliver professional, clear safety briefings and guest instructions
  • Respond confidently and appropriately in emergency or high-pressure situations
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe operating environment
  • Support fellow team members during busy periods and daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and assist with equipment and attraction setup
  • Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with guests
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with ziplining, high ropes, climbing walls, or similar outdoor adventure activities is an asset
  • First Aid and CPR certification is an asset
  • Fluency in a second language is an asset

Compensation: Starting at $18.25 per hour, with opportunities for wage increases based on experience and performance.
