Qualifications

  • RIBO License — required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide product information, pricing, and customer support
  • Resolve customer issues professionally
  • Maintain accurate customer files and account updates
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet client needs

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
