En tant que Commis Service à la clientèle, Expédition et Logistique, vous garantissez que chaque expédition génère un avantage maximal à Neptronic et ses clients. Vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui se concentre sur la prestation du service le plus efficace et professionnel.

Dans une journée typique vous allez...

  • Entrer des ordres de travail avec précision et effectuer la facturation de vente conformément aux procédures et aux normes établies
  • Créer des documents d'expédition, y compris des étiquettes d'expédition, et de la paperasserie d’exportation
  • Maintenir les fichiers d'expédition
  • Assurer la liaison directe entre les clients et les intervenants internes pour s’assurer de l'exactitude des transactions
  • Assister l'équipe des ventes avec des estimations et des informations des clients / produits
  • Autres tâches de soutien au besoin

Vos qualifications

  • Maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé
  • Bonne connaissance de l’informatique : bonnes compétences en dactylographie, bonne connaissance de MS Excel et Word
  • Précis, souci du détail, bien organisé et pragmatique
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs priorité
  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles et de communication
  • Fortes compétences d’organisation et d'analyse

Vos atouts

  • Entre 1-3 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un rôle similaire
  • Expérience avec le transport maritime international, les exigences douanières. (ALENA, AES, factures commerciales)
  • Maîtrise du français et / ou d'autres langues
  • Connaissance de ACCPAC

What you’ll do

The Customer Service Shipping and Logistics Specialist role is highly dynamic, and it is an excellent starting point for building a rewarding career, as it emphasizes delivering professional service to our customers and collaborating with other company departments. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at problem-solving, and are committed to delivering exceptional service. You will join a team dedicated to providing the most efficient and professional service to ensure on-time, cost-effective shipments.

On a typical day, you will:

  • Accurately enter orders and process sales invoices, following established procedures and standards.
  • Prepare essential shipping documents such as bills of lading, shipping labels, and export paperwork.
  • Maintain organized shipment files, generate reports, and respond to customer inquiries regarding the status of shipments.
  • Communicate directly with clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure transactional accuracy and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Assist the sales team with quotations and provide knowledge about products and client needs.
  • Perform other supporting duties as needed to contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the department.

What we look for

Your qualifications

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Computer literate: very comfortable typing, good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Accurate, detail oriented, well organized and pragmatic approach
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and initiate
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creative, positive and enthusiastic
  • Strong organizing, planning and analytical skills

Your assets

  • Between 1 – 3 years direct experience in general freight and / or project logistics forwarding
  • Experience with international shipping, customs requirements. (CUSMA, AES, commercial invoices)
  • Fluent in French and/or other languages
  • Knowledge of ACCPAC
