We're a fast-growing team with two Vancouver locations, and we're looking for a part-time Client Care Specialist to help keep things running seamlessly at both clinics.

What You'll Be Doing

Patient Experience

• Greet and check in patients, delivering friendly, high-quality service at every interaction
• Coordinate communication between clients and the clinical team
• Manage appointments, billing, and collections in Jane App, including direct billing for ICBC, WSBC, MSP, and private insurers

Clinic Space

• Keep the clinic exterior clean, organized, and clear
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming clinic environment across the front desk, waiting area, treatment rooms, and exercise space
• Keep products stocked and organized; sort, wash, and fold linens

Operations

• Complete start-of-day and end-of-day checklists
• Handle email management and walk-in procedures
• Track coverage for insurance claims
• Support clinic and therapist marketing efforts

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy environment
• Comfortable working independently
• Experience in a physiotherapy clinic and familiarity with Jane App, ICBC, WSBC, MSP, or private insurers is an asset
• A second language is an asset, but not required
