We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in helping clients feel valued from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome and assist clients with a warm, professional attitude
  • Answer phones and manage appointments
  • Process client transactions and bookings
  • Assist with retail sales and product recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Support the salon, spa, and boutique teams with daily operations
  • Help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest

What We’re Looking For:

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer and scheduling experience is an asset
