Retail Sales Associate

Brand Shop – Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL)
Restricted Area (Airside)

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our brand shop located inside the restricted area of Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL).

Important: This role requires availability for early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM. Applicants must be comfortable commuting at this time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service
  • Assist customers with product selection and purchases
  • Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
  • Support inventory restocking and organization
  • Follow brand guidelines and airport security procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (French & English) required
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability (including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Airport Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in a restricted airport environment
  • RAIC (red pass) is an asset
  • Candidates currently working airside at YUL are encouraged to apply

Schedule & Compensation Must be available for shifts starting at 5:00 AM

  • Schedule to be discussed (flexibility required) 25-30hrs week
  • Compensation based on experience

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
