We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Part-Time Supplement Advisor to join our Langley team.

Please note: This is a sales-focused position. Success is measured through key performance indicators (KPIs), and team members have the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses. This is also a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time hours based on performance, business needs, and demonstrated commitment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Supplement Advisor, you'll:

  • Educate customers on supplements, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Recommend products based on each customer's goals and needs.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals.
  • Maintain outstanding merchandising and store presentation.
  • Receive and organize inventory shipments.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
  • Support online order fulfillment and daily store operations.
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented culture.

What We're Looking ForRequirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Canadian retail sales experience.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident engaging customers and starting conversations.
  • Sales-driven with a passion for delivering results.
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience using nutritional supplements yourself.
  • A passion for fitness, bodybuilding, strength training, running, sports, or overall wellness.
  • Experience in supplement, nutrition, specialty retail, or commission-based sales.
  • Personal training, nutrition, kinesiology, or fitness certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of sports nutrition brands and ingredients.
