Full job description

The right candidate must have excellent organization skills, interpersonal skills and be self motivated. You must also be very proficient using Microsoft tools. This job requires you to deal with people on the phone, through email and in person, customer service experience is an asset. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Our business hours are 8 am – 5:00 pm weekdays.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to; answering phone calls/emails, processing payments, booking and greeting customers, occasionally driving customers home.

Experience:

  • Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Required)
  • Working knowledge of Mitchell Repair Centre (Preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Audatex estimating software (Preferred)

Education:

  • Secondary School (Required)

Location:

  • Within commuting distance of Bradford, ON (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)

Transportation:

  • Valid Drivers License (Required)
  • Own Vehicle (Required)
