Delysées Luxury Desserts – Server/FOH team member

Delysées Luxury Desserts is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new location at Royalmount Mall! We are looking for friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals to join our service team and help us deliver a luxury dessert experience to our guests.

Position: Server/ FOH
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Royalmount

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Take and deliver orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with daily store setup and product presentation
  • Work closely with the management team to maintain Delysées’ high standards
  • Support in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure an excellent overall experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, café, or restaurant service
  • Barista or bartender experience is considered an asset
  • Bilingual – French and English are required for this position
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude
  • Availability to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment

Nous recherchons des personnes souriantes, dynamiques et attentives aux détails pour rejoindre notre équipe de service et offrir à nos clients une expérience dessert de luxe inoubliable.

Poste : Serveur / Serveuse / FOH

Lieu : Centre commercial Royalmount

Responsabilités :

  • Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et une atmosphère accueillante
  • Prendre et servir les commandes avec précision et efficacité
  • Participer à la mise en place et à la présentation quotidienne des produits
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de gestion pour maintenir les normes élevées de Delysées
  • Contribuer à la propreté et à l’organisation de la boutique
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients et assurer une expérience positive

Exigences :

  • Expérience antérieure en restauration, café ou service à la clientèle
  • Une expérience en tant que barista ou barman/barmaid est un atout
  • Bilinguisme requis – français et anglais
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle
  • Esprit d’équipe et attitude professionnelle
  • Disponibilité les fins de semaine et capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
