Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the role of cook/kitchen hand. This position involves providing exceptional food service, preparing meals, and ensuring a high standard of food safety and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent serving skills, and experience in restaurant or kitchen environments. This role offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills and contribute to a positive dining experience for our customers.

We are in a rural location and are not on a public transportation route. This must be considered when applying.

Responsibilities

  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes and standards
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
  • Handle food safely by following proper hygiene protocols and safety guidelines

  • Restock supplies and manage inventory as needed
