Sector 7 Kitchen + Bar - Richmond

Now Hiring: Bartenders

This is a fully renovated, brand new premium venue featuring elevated food, a strong cocktail and bar program, and a high-energy atmosphere, all under one roof.

We are looking for experienced bartenders who take pride in their craft and understand the pace, professionalism, and consistency required in a busy bar environment.

If you enjoy working in a team-driven atmosphere and delivering great guest experiences, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and attention to detail
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient bar throughout service
  • Engage with guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Recommend cocktails, beverages, and menu features when appropriate
  • Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages when needed
  • Follow responsible service of alcohol guidelines and maintain compliance with BC liquor laws
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a busy restaurant, bar, or lounge
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
  • Experience working with POS systems
  • Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Valid Serving It Right certification
