Job Summary

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook, where your passion for food and dedication to excellence will shine! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to perfection, and ensuring every plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
  • Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards
  • Assist with plating dishes and ensuring timely service to guests
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management
  • Uphold excellent food service practices by working collaboratively with front-of-house staff

Experience

  • Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards
  • Knowledge of food handling regulations and proper sanitation procedures
  • Experience with serving guests in a fast-paced environment is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting
