Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency, ensuring a high standard of food quality and safety. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with health regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
  • Serve dishes promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow food safety guidelines at all times, including proper sanitation practices
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

Experience
