We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Firehouse Subs!

Our Supervisors understand the importance of delivering an exceptional guest experience and proudly represent the “Face” of Firehouse Subs®. In this role, you will lead by example, motivate team members, and create a positive and energetic work environment where every guest receives outstanding service, every time.

As a passionate leader, you believe in the importance of training, coaching, and supporting team members to maintain high standards of guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Through your knowledge of the quick-service restaurant industry, you take pride in supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant environment.

If you have 1–3 years of quick-service or restaurant supervisory experience, along with practical knowledge of recruiting, training, and coaching employees, we would love to hear from you!

Essential Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards for customer service, product quality, and overall guest satisfaction
  • Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment
  • Deliver an exceptional customer and in-store experience
  • Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
  • Support efficient and high-quality store operations
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining the restaurant, equipment, and physical premises
  • Operate food preparation equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow all food safety, health, sanitation, and security guidelines
  • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions in accordance with company policies
  • Support employee development through coaching, training, and mentorship

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
  • Experience working with POS systems (Micros POS experience is considered an asset)
  • Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
  • Ability to lead a diverse team while promoting teamwork and collaboration
  • Experience handling cash transactions and basic financial reporting
  • Knowledge of the food service industry; barista or serving experience is an asset
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Pay:- CAD $15.85 to $18.25
