Full job description

The Rope Loft is hiring a Line Cook to join our team in Chester, Nova Scotia. We are looking for a motivated individual to work on the hot line in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items
  • Assist with food prep and plating during service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service

Requirements:

  • Previous kitchen or line cook experience is an asset but not required
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during peak summer season
