Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is personable, attentive, and able to handle fast-paced environments with professionalism. This position offers an opportunity to showcase excellent customer service skills while working in a lively and dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
  • Serve drinks and meals efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per company guidelines
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space
  • Check identification to verify legal drinking age
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to assist guests effectively
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies

Experience

  • Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of POS systems or cash handling is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously with professionalism
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
