Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Seasonal Cook to join our culinary team. This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of meals, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent cooking skills, and experience working in food service environments. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests during the seasonal period.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and portioning ingredients
  • Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation regulations
  • Serve dishes in a timely manner, maintaining presentation quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Follow food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure freshness
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles
