Full job description

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented server to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate has a passion for excellent customer service, solid knowledge of food and beverage service, and experience in fast-paced restaurant environments. You’ll create a welcoming atmosphere, prepare and serve drinks efficiently, and ensure guests enjoy their experience. This role offers hands-on skill development and the chance to grow within a lively, engaging setting.

What you’ll do

  • Greet and seat guests, present menus, and answer questions about dishes and specials
  • Take accurate orders and communicate promptly with kitchen staff to ensure timely, correct delivery
  • Serve food and beverages, refill drinks, and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Process bills and handle payments accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized dining area and assist with side‑work as needed
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

What we’re looking for

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Prior serving experience; bartending or barista skills are a plus
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and handling practices
  • Excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Team player who supports front‑ and back‑of‑house staff
