Nous recherchons un(e) serveur(serveuse) amical(e), attentif(ve) et professionnel(le) pour se joindre à notre équipe chez Oeufrier Vaudreuil. Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) offrira un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, veillera au respect des normes de salubrité et d’hygiène alimentaire, et contribuera à créer une expérience culinaire accueillante. Ce poste implique de prendre les commandes, servir les aliments et les boissons, traiter les transactions et soutenir le bon fonctionnement général du restaurant dans un environnement dynamique. Une expérience préalable en service alimentaire et en restauration est préférable, ainsi que de solides compétences en communication et en gestion du temps.

Responsabilités

  • Accueillir chaleureusement les clients et offrir un service attentionné tout au long de leur expérience
  • Prendre les commandes de nourriture et de boissons avec précision à l’aide de systèmes de point de vente (POS) tels que Micros POS
  • Servir les aliments et les boissons efficacement tout en respectant les standards de présentation
  • Proposer des ventes additionnelles afin d’améliorer l’expérience client et augmenter les ventes
  • Gérer les transactions en espèces avec précision, incluant l’encaissement et la manipulation de la caisse
  • Assurer le respect strict des normes de salubrité alimentaire, d’hygiène et de sanitation lors de la manipulation et du service des aliments
  • Aider à la préparation des aliments ou au soutien en cuisine au besoin afin d’assurer un bon fonctionnement
  • Maintenir la propreté des tables, des stations de service et des salles à manger selon les protocoles d’hygiène
  • Gérer efficacement le temps afin de servir plusieurs tables rapidement durant les périodes achalandées
  • Collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe pour offrir une expérience client fluide et harmonieuse

Qualifications

  • Expérience préalable en restauration ou en service alimentaire (un atout)
  • Familiarité avec les systèmes POS tels que Micros POS (un atout)
  • Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle avec une attitude professionnelle et chaleureuse
  • Bonne gestion du temps et capacité à gérer plusieurs tables efficacement
  • Connaissance des normes de salubrité alimentaire et des pratiques d’hygiène
  • Compétences de base en mathématiques pour la facturation et la gestion de caisse
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide tout en restant attentif(ve) aux détails
  • Expérience en cuisine ou en hôtellerie (un atout)
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe

  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
  • Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are strictly followed during food handling and service
  • Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with sanitation protocols
  • Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly during busy periods
  • Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless guest experience

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
  • Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and order accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
