Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused full-time and part-time servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidates will deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, effective communication, and a strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and food service to grow within a vibrant environment that values teamwork and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently met in all areas
  • Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized work station and adhere to sanitation protocols
  • Manage time effectively during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; hospitality background preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for billing purposes
