Role Overview:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our new location in Chilliwack. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
  • Provide hands-on support to team members, ensuring seamless execution of service standards
  • Uphold brand standards and policies, ensuring consistency and excellence in all aspects of operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Food Handler Certification (preferred)
