We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Supervisor to lead our culinary team. In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and manage staff to deliver outstanding dining experiences. <Duties>

  • Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure high-quality service.
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team, fostering a positive work environment with clear communication and teamwork.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs.
  • Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper handling of ingredients.
  • Plan menus in collaboration with management, incorporating dietary requirements and catering needs.
  • Monitor shift operations, ensuring timely food service during peak hours and smooth workflow throughout the day.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to sanitation standards at all times.

<Qualifications>

  • Proven supervising experience in a busy kitchen or restaurant setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food production, menu planning, and food handling procedures.
  • Experience in dietary departments or catering environments is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent team management skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous restaurant management or kitchen experience within the food industry is preferred.
