We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Supervisor to lead our culinary team. <Duties>

  • Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure high-quality service.

  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs.
  • Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper handling of ingredients.

  • Proven supervising experience in a busy kitchen or restaurant setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food production, menu planning, and food handling procedures.
  • Experience in dietary departments or catering environments is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and food safety regulations.
