Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, supporting the kitchen operations, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and assist with meal preparation according to recipes and standards
  • Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assist in plating and garnishing dishes for service
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils throughout shifts
  • Support the kitchen team during busy hours by handling multiple tasks seamlessly
