The opportunity

Dawson City is one of the Yukon’s most distinctive places to live and work. With a steady flow of visitors year-round and a summer season that brings festivals, live music, and near-endless daylight under the midnight sun, it is a place with true character and a hospitality environment unlike anywhere else in the North.

  • Room turnovers are completed efficiently and thoroughly, supporting smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Housekeeping supplies, linens, and carts are organized and ready to support the day’s work.

  • Attention to detail and pride in doing thorough work.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.

We offer:

  • Extended health coverage including dental, and vision
  • Two weeks of vacation pay, increasing at service milestones
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Pathways for advancement; we prioritize promoting from within
  • Preferred staff and friends and family rates across our hotel portfolio
  • Employee assistance and wellness program for you and your dependents

Job Requirements:
